Second Grade: Mr. Roy G. Biv

There is a funny little man

With a funny little suit

He wears the colors of the rainbow

His name is  ROY  G  BIV 

Each letter of his name

Tells us the colors in a row.

Second grade has been working on creating their own Mr. (or Mrs.) Roy G. Biv.  Instead of a suit though, our faces have rainbow hair.  :)

We started by making a happy face (rainbow hair is a great reason to smile!).

Then using strips of colored paper we created Roy's hair.  Students added texture and decorations to the hair to complete the project.
